Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Voice Process Associate role based in Hyderabad, supporting the US Tax Calling Team. The Voice Process Associate will handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based clients, addressing queries related to tax filing status, documentation requirements, and general account information. Responsibilities include verifying client details, guiding clients through the information-gathering process for their tax returns, and coordinating with tax preparers to resolve client concerns or follow up on pending documentation. The role also involves explaining tax-related processes and timelines in clear, simple language, escalating complex tax queries to senior tax staff, and maintaining accurate call logs and client records.



The Voice Process Associate will work night shifts (aligned with US time zones) as part of a collaborative team focused on meeting client expectations and filing deadlines.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess excellent verbal communication skills in English, with clear neutral accent/pronunciation suited for US-based voice interactions.
Candidates should have prior experience in a voice process, BPO, or international calling role (US process preferred); freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
Candidates should possess a basic to working understanding of US taxation concepts and terminology (training will be provided).
Candidates should demonstrate patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills while handling client queries and concerns.
Candidates should have solid listening skills and the ability to accurately capture and relay information.
Candidates should be proficient with CRM tools, calling software, and basic office productivity tools (MS Office/Google Workspace).
Candidates should hold at least a bachelor's degree in any discipline; a background in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting is an advantage.
Candidates should be flexible to work night shifts/US time zone hours and manage high call volumes during peak filing periods.
Candidates should be able to work on-site in Hyderabad.
