Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect / Senior Interior Designer to join our design and execution team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in preparing high-quality working drawings with speed and accuracy, along with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
The role involves translating design concepts into detailed, execution-ready drawings while ensuring design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities: Working Drawings & Technical Documentation:
Prepare detailed architectural and interior working drawings for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
Develop execution drawings including:
Floor Plans
Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP)
Electrical & Lighting Layouts
Joinery & Cabinetry Details




Flooring Layouts
Elevations & Sections
Detailed Construction Drawings
Ensure all drawings are accurate, well-coordinated, and ready for on-site execution
Deliver drawings within tight timelines while maintaining high-quality standards
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
Strong expertise in working drawing production
Knowledge of joinery detailing and interior construction methods
Understanding of site execution and coordination
Experience with SketchUp / Revit / Photoshop is an added advantage
Preferred Profile: Experience in interior design firms, architecture studios, or design-build companies
Solid site coordination and contractor management skills
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced project environments
