About the Role
Hypedin is hiring a proactive and highly organized Operations Executive — Outreach & Campus Programs to drive college outreach, manage student networks, and execute Campus Ambassador Programs end to end.
This role is ideal for someone from events, activations, campus marketing, operations, or client coordination — someone who is comfortable making calls, writing professional emails, managing trackers, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and solving problems on the ground.
You will thrive in this role if you enjoy talking to people, building relationships, following up consistently, and getting things done — from the first outreach call to flawless campaign execution and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outreach & Relationship Management Make outbound calls to colleges, student communities, societies, clubs, and potential partners.
Draft professional emails for outreach, follow-ups, permissions, and partnership coordination.
Build, update, and maintain a strong database of college contacts, student leaders, ambassadors, and campus communities.
Follow up consistently with colleges, vendors, partners, and internal teams until closures are achieved.
Maintain robust relationships with student communities and campus stakeholders.
2. Campus Ambassador Program Management Own the full lifecycle of Campus Ambassador Programs — recruitment, shortlisting, onboarding, engagement, tracking, and closure.
Coordinate with ambassadors across colleges and cities to ensure smooth execution.
Design and manage onboarding flows, task briefs, communication groups, and engagement strategies.
Track ambassador performance, submissions, attendance, deliverables, rewards, and incentives.
Handle ambassador escalations, queries, delays, and operational challenges.
3. Operations & Execution Manage campaign timelines, trackers,
documentation, databases, and internal reporting.
Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, Creative, Client Servicing, and Business Development.
Work with vendors, college partners, student teams, creators, and event partners to ensure execution quality.
Keep processes organized, efficient, and on deadline.
Ensure every campaign has clear task ownership, follow-up systems, and execution visibility.
4. Event & Campus Campaign Support Support planning and execution of on-ground events, college activations, and campus campaigns.
Coordinate permissions, logistics, manpower, setup requirements, vendors, and student teams.
Be present at major events and activations when required.
Resolve last-minute issues on ground with speed, ownership, and clarity.
Ensure event execution aligns with brand expectations and internal quality standards.
5. Reporting & Documentation Maintain CRM, outreach databases, campaign trackers, and performance dashboards.
Generate daily, weekly, and post-campaign reports.
Track outreach progress, closures, ambassador performance, event updates, and campaign outcomes.
Document learnings, challenges, and process improvements after each campaign.
Required Skills Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Strong confidence in outbound calling and follow-ups.
Good professional email writing skills.
Exceptional organization, multitasking, and ownership.
Ability to manage deadlines and pressure during fast-moving campaigns.
Solid Google Sheets / Excel skills.
Basic CRM or database management familiarity is a plus.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders without losing track of details.
Problem-solving mindset and comfort with on-ground execution.
Preferred Qualifications 0–3 years of experience in Operations, Events, Campus Marketing, Activations, Client Coordination, or Community Management.
Experience managing Campus Ambassador Programs is strongly preferred.
Existing network of college contacts, student leaders, societies, or campus communities is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Communications, or a related field.
Prior experience in youth marketing, influencer campaigns, student communities, or college events will be an added advantage.
