- Chartered Accountants (CA)

Position and Experience

- Manager in Direct Tax – 5 to 7 years of experience

- Senior Executive in Direct Tax/ Transfer Pricing – 2 to 5 years of experience

Responsibilities

- Experience in handling Corporate Taxation compliance and Assessment and Litigations

- Experience in handling International Taxation.

- Experience in Transfer Pricing compliance, handling the Transfer Pricing Assessment and litigations and experience in Consultancy in advisory on Cross Border Transactions.

- The role includes managing teams, appearing before the tax authorities and ensuring effective communication with clients.

- Additional responsibilities include mentoring junior staff, conducting technical training sessions and ensuring timely completion of engagements within budgeted timeline.

- Good Communication skills with clients and internal teams.
