About the role
Support and manage Saviynt certification campaigns to ensure accurate access certification, compliance, and timely resolution of related issues.

Key responsibilities
Execute end-to-end Saviynt certification campaigns including setup validation, launch support, monitoring, and closure.
Ensure client-specific access certification requirements are met through manual data collection and validation.
Monitor campaign progress, identify and resolve issues related to access visibility, reviewer assignments, notifications, and remediation processes.
Coordinate with business users, application owners, and vendors to resolve dependencies and ensure timely campaign completion.
Maintain documentation, support procedures, and prepare reports including campaign status, metrics, exceptions, and audit evidence.

Required skills and experience




3+ years of hands-on experience with Saviynt or similar IAM certification/attestation tools and processes.
Solid understanding of access certification concepts, review workflows, remediation, and governance controls.
Experience in operational issue resolution, defect tracking, and coordinating with stakeholders and support teams.
Ability to manage remediation actions, campaign exceptions, and unresolved access reviews through closure.

Nice to have
Experience participating in production support and governance activities related to certification cycles and control effectiveness.
Ability to identify opportunities to improve certification quality, efficiency, and user experience.
