As an AES Workday Functional Payroll Senior Associate (Analyst) - Consult, you will engage with clients to deliver tailored Workday solutions, focusing on payroll functionalities. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to address complex business challenges and drive client success.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and guide junior team members, using your problem-solving abilities to navigate complex situations and deliver quality outcomes. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, while maintaining professional and technical standards. Responsibilities Analyzing complex business processes to identify opportunities for improvement within Workday Human Capital Management systems
Managing and executing Workday HCM transformation projects to enhance client operations
Collaborating with clients to understand their human resources needs and provide tailored solutions
Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform strategic human resource planning
Leading efforts in benefits administration and workforce planning to optimize organizational performance
Implementing change management strategies to support successful adoption of new processes and technologies
Conducting business analysis to support project budgeting and resource allocation
Engaging in employee relations investigations to address and resolve workplace issues
Developing and maintaining employee engagement strategies to foster a positive organizational culture
Supporting talent management initiatives, including succession planning and workforce analytics
Facilitating communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Embracing change and promoting creativity to drive innovation in human resources consulting
Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their professional growth What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
Demonstrating proficiency in Workday HCM and Talent Management
