Role Description The Real Estate Consultant will work on-site in Noida in a full-time capacity, engaging directly with clients to understand their property needs and investment objectives. Responsibilities include sourcing and listing properties, conducting site visits, preparing and presenting proposals, and guiding clients through the complete transaction process. The role involves analyzing market trends in Noida and, as needed, coordinating with teams focused on Dubai to provide comparative insights and investment options. The Real Estate Consultant will manage negotiations, support documentation and due diligence,



and maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and deals in the CRM. Daily tasks also include collaborating with internal teams, participating in training sessions, and maintaining a high standard of client service and ethical conduct.
Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property markets, particularly in Noida; familiarity with Dubai real estate is an advantage.
- Proven Sales skills with experience in lead generation, client relationship management, and closing property transactions.
- Effective Negotiation abilities to secure favorable terms for clients while maintaining professional integrity.
- Experience in Training or mentoring colleagues on market trends, sales techniques, or compliance practices is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Noida, manage multiple deals concurrently, and meet performance targets.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools for maintaining property listings and client records.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, commerce, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications in real estate are an added advantage.
