We are looking for experienced Automotive domain Engineer with solid expertise in Chassis.

Experience: 5-9 Years
Location: Chennai
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical)

CATIA V5 / 3DX
Chassis CAD Design
GD&T;
Part Modelling
Drafting & Drawing
Assembly & Kinematics
Sheet Metal Design
Manufacturing Processes
Teamcenter Engineering
Vis Mockup
WERS, GPDS & DPA 0/1 knowledge
Global Change Management (GCM)
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Design and development of chassis systems including Brakes, Suspension, Wheels & Tires.
Develop CAD models, drawings, and GD&T; in CATIA V5/3DX.
Support chassis aggregate design and engineering decisions.




Drive components from concept to production readiness.
Work closely with D&R; engineers, suppliers, and global stakeholders.
Ensure manufacturability, assembly feasibility, and serviceability.
Support New Product Development (NPD) programs and milestone deliveries.
⭐ Preferred:
Experience in Ford product development processes.
Knowledge of WERS, GPDS, DPA, and GCM.
Flexibility to collaborate across global time zones.
