Role Overview:

We are looking for an R&D; Associate with hands-on experience in cosmetics, personal care, or dermatology-based product development. The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to formulation, testing, stability studies, and regulatory documentation, and a keen eye for innovation in skincare technology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and optimize formulations for skincare and personal care products in line with Dermatouch standards.

- Conduct stability, compatibility, and efficacy studies for new and existing formulations.

- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to translate market trends into innovative product concepts.

- Maintain accurate records of formulations, trials, and testing data.

- Evaluate raw materials and current actives; interact with vendors to source novel ingredients.

- Ensure all R&D; processes align with regulatory and safety guidelines.

- Support scale-up and pilot batch processes in coordination with manufacturing teams.





- Stay updated on industry innovations, trends, and competitor product launches.

Requirements

- Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.

- Experience: 1–3 years in R&D; roles within skincare, cosmetics, or derma brands, Strong understanding of active ingredients, emulsions, and formulation techniques.

- Familiarity with regulatory compliance, safety testing, and documentation processes.

- Attention to detail, creative mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
