Golden Coir Tufts is hiring Department In-Charge at responsible for overseeing daily departmental operations, supervising employees, ensuring production targets and quality standards are achieved, coordinating workflow and resources, maintaining safety and compliance requirements, monitoring inventory and equipment, preparing operational reports, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency within the department.

Key Responsibility

- Supervise and coordinate daily departmental operations.
- Monitor employee attendance, performance, and productivity.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within scheduled timelines.
- Maintain product quality standards and compliance with company procedures.
- Allocate work assignments and manage workforce utilization effectively.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and tools.




- Enforce workplace safety practices and company policies.
- Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime.
- Prepare and submit departmental reports and performance records.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Train, guide, and support team members to improve performance.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Qualification:

- Any Graduate is preferred

Experience:

- Total : 5 Years (Required)
- Experienced in production planning, quality control, and packing operations

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
