Job Description: Role: Motion Graphics Designer Work Mode: WFO Location : Navi Mumbai ( Ghansoli ) Position Requirement : ~ Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or similar years of graphic design or visual development experience. ~2+ years of professional design experience, preferably creating assets for video or motion teams. ~ Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop ~ Foundational knowledge of Adobe After Effects - understanding how to prep files for animation. ~ Proven ability to create Style Frames that define the look and feel of a project before production begins. ~ Robust time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects with varying deadlines. ~ Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain design choices to non-designers.



~ Willingness to work independently and be receptive to creative direction from motion designers. ~ Experience in 3D modeling and design (Cinema 4D, Blender, Adobe Stager). ~ Experience with Unreal Engine or real-time rendering environments. ~ Knowledge of AI design tools for concepting and rapid prototyping. ~ Conceptual understanding of how 2D assets translate into 3D spaces. ~ Creative problem-solving skills, especially regarding file optimization and workflow efficiency.
