Role Overview
We are seeki ng a Sales & BD L eader with strong experienc e in IT sa les, AWS Cloud & ERP solution sales within the domestic market. The ideal candidate will drive enterprise acquisition, build channel partnerships, manage key accounts, and own revenue growth for Cloud & ERP service lines. A background in staffing sales will be an added advantage. .

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and/or international markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clents
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis
Develop and deliver effective sales pitches and proposals
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients and partners
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations)



to ensure customer satisfaction
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting using CRM tools
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunties
Provide feedback to product and leadership teams for continuous improvement

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
7+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets
Familiarity with CRM software
Strategic thinking with an analytical mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel as required
