Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead our creative team in developing innovative and visually compelling designs. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and executing design solutions that align with our brand s vision and business goals across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and web. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional design skills, a strong understanding of current design trends, and the ability to lead and inspire a team of designers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the creative design process from concept to execution for all projects, ensuring high-quality output and alignment with the brand s identity.
- Design and produce visual assets for digital campaigns, print collateral, websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and more.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, content, and other departments, to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.
- Manage, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to junior designers, fostering a cooperative and creative work environment.
- Maintain consistency and quality across all design projects, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies, bringing new ideas and concepts to the table to keep our brand fresh and innovative.
- Oversee the production process,



ensuring timely delivery of design assets, and liaising with external vendors when necessary.
- Develop and maintain a library of templates and design resources to enhance workflow efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including digital, print, and branding work.
- Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.
- Experience managing a design team and providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience working on web and mobile applications is a plus.
