Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions related to fraud alerts and account security.
- Verify customer information and investigate suspicious activities.
- Deliver prompt and accurate resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Identify potential fraudulent transactions and escalate when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
Eligibility
1 year of International Voice Process experience
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Robust customer service and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working in rotational shifts
Banking/BFSI experience preferred but not mandatory
Graduates preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile
- International Customer Service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-centric approach
- Analytical thinking and decision-making ability
- Banking/Fraud/Financial Services experience is an added advantage
