The Assistant Manager – Marketing is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the Kraft Paper market while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The role involves generating leads, visiting prospective customers, arranging meetings, coordinating with the Sales Head and ensuring customer satisfaction to maximize sales and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and approach new customers for Kraft Paper products across assigned territories.
Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities.
Generate qualified leads through field visits, industry references, networking, exhibitions, and market intelligence.
Schedule customer meetings and product presentations with the Sales Head.
Prepare customer visit reports and maintain a lead pipeline.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
Conduct periodic visits to existing customers to understand future requirements and improve customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with customers for repeat orders and order forecasting.
Resolve customer queries by coordinating with production, dispatch, and quality teams.
Collect customer feedback and recommend improvements.
Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, product developments, and market demand.
Identify new industries and market segments for Kraft Paper sales.
Share market insights and business opportunities with management.
