About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Employee Engagement Specialist to enhance our employee experience and foster a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and executing employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, wellness activities, and internal communication strategies within a mid-sized or large organisation.

This role requires excellent planning, stakeholder management, communication, and event management skills to drive high-impact employee engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives aligned with the organisation's culture and business objectives.
- Plan and execute employee engagement calendars, cultural celebrations, festivals, town halls, and team-building activities.
- Manage employee recognition and rewards programs to improve employee motivation and retention.
- Organise employee wellness initiatives, awareness campaigns, and well-being programs.
- Develop and manage internal communication initiatives, including newsletters, announcements, engagement campaigns, and other communication materials.




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for seamless execution of engagement events and activities.
- Conduct employee feedback surveys, analyse engagement data, and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and report key engagement metrics and present insights to HR leadership.
- Support employer branding and employee experience initiatives.
- Ensure all engagement activities are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets.

Required Skills & Experience

- 58 years of experience in Employee Engagement and/or Employee Experience.
- Experience working in a mid-sized or large organisation is mandatory.
- Solid experience in planning and executing:

- Employee engagement activities
- Employee events
- Recognition and rewards programs
- Wellness initiatives
- Internal employee communication

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong event planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
