Relationship Manager – Motor Insurance (Agency Channel)

Locations: Trivandrum, Kollam, Attingal, Kottarakkara, Pathanapuram,parippally

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit, onboard, and develop insurance agents/advisors for Motor Insurance products.
- Drive Motor Insurance sales, including new policy acquisition and policy renewals, through the agency channel.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with agents and key stakeholders.
- Conduct product training sessions and provide ongoing sales support to agents.
- Monitor agent performance and guide them to achieve business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the agency network.
- Ensure timely policy issuance, renewals, and proper documentation.
- Address customer queries and maintain high service standards.
- Adhere to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Eligibility Criteria




- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in Insurance, BFSI, Field Sales will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of Motor Insurance products is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
