Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Process Executives to handle voice-based interactions with prospective students and working professionals interested in higher education programs. The role involves making outbound calls, qualifying leads, fixing counselling appointments, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and working professionals.
- Introduce educational programs and generate interest.
- Understand candidate requirements and career goals.
- Qualify leads based on eligibility and interest level.
- Schedule counselling sessions with Academic Counsellors.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
- Update lead status and remarks in CRM accurately.
- Achieve daily call, follow-up, and appointment targets.
- Maintain professional communication and customer service standards.
- Coordinate with counselling, admissions, and operations teams.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned leads.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate / Diploma holder.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
- Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, BPO, Voice Process, Education Counselling, Banking Sales, or Insurance Sales is preferred.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Tamil.




- Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
