Lead credit appraisal and underwriting for SME Loan Against Property (LAP) cases at the branch level
Analyze borrower financials, cash flows, banking behaviour, and repayment capacity
Assess property-related risks in coordination with technical and legal teams
Ensure adherence to internal credit policies, risk frameworks, and regulatory guidelines
Prepare and present credit proposals to approving authorities with transparent risk assessment
Coordinate with sales, operations, legal, and technical teams for smooth processing and disbursal
Monitor portfolio quality and identify early warning signals to control delinquencies
Support audits, MIS reporting, and compliance requirements at the branch level
