Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth plant operations by performing routine maintenance tasks, including breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and predictive maintenance.
- Conduct quality checks on injectable products to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to plant operations, maintenance schedules, and quality control procedures.
- Participate in training programs to improve knowledge sharing among team members.
Required Candidature: -
- 4-9 years of experience in Plant Maintenance - Injectables or Engineering QMS Injectables.
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree from a recognized institution (Any Specialization).
- M.Tech degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Robust understanding of GMP regulations and industry standards.
