Job Summary:

Work closely with multiple fashion brands to transform merchandising processes in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment. Build repeatable AI workflows while managing onboarding, implementation, support, and solutioning.

Responsibilities:





- Implement Increff’s merchandising platform for clients and help navigate roadblocks through the product.

- Maintain frequent client touchpoints via business reviews.

- Coordinate with Product to solve product-related issues at the client end.

- Contribute to platform enhancement through industry knowledge.

- Build strong networks and relationships.

- Agentic workflow development, end-to-end AI solutioning, augmented client management, quality assurance in AI using tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, n8n, OpenAI, Manus, Claude etc

Requirements

- 2–4 years’ experience in planning/merchandising in retail (fashion preferred).

- Experience working with senior management.

- Good mathematical acumen and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Hands-on Excel and PowerPoint.

- High energy, assertive, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

- Ability to design and run repeatable AI workflows (agentic or semi-agentic) with clear inputs/outputs and validation steps, and critically review AI-generated outputs (analysis, code, recommendations) for correctness and security before sharing.
