SAP FI/CO/SD and PS (Senior Analyst)
Core Responsibilities :
SAP Application support to deliver the completion of SAP Service Requests within the expected SLAs, KPIs and within budget constrains (if any) meeting expectations of key users and business process owners.
- Work with project internal external stakeholders to ensure successful SAP IT service request delivery
- Should have managed projects as well as SAP support assignments for minimum 10 years should have exposure to Change Management
- Solid coordination and cross team collaboration skills
- Take complete ownership in the further enhancement and support in the area of SAP Finance and Controlling including SAP Sales and Distribution

- SAP Sales and Distribution (No. 2) - Must Expertise
- SAP Project Systems (No. 3)

- General Ledger Accounting process and configuration
- Accounts Payable Accounting process and configuration
- Accounts Receivable process and configuration
- Cheque Management process and configuration
- Petty Cash Management process and configuration
- Bank Accounting BRS process and configuration
- Asset Accounting process and configuration
- Cost Center Accounting process and configuration
- Profit Center Accounting process and configuration
- Management Reporting process and configuration
- Process Integration and configuration Knowledge in the area of MM, PS, PM, ETM and HCM
- Project Cash Flow Management / Cash Flow Management
- Bank - Electronic Transfer
- Liquidity Management
The following Key knowledge areas in the area of SAP SD have to be covered:
- Support SAP RAR - SAP Revenue accounting and reporting
- Master Data (SD-MD) tracks each transaction that affects the SD module's data, including customer data, materials data, price condition records, and credit management.
- Basic Functions (SD-BF) allows you to establish the basic functions that work across SD,
such as pricing, goods availability check and credit management.
- Sales (SD-SLS) handles the details of the sales process, such as customer data, products, pricing and feedback.
- Shipping (SD-SHP) tracks the details of the shipping process, including when and how the order is shipped through to delivery or return.
- Transportation (SD-TBA) works closely with SD-SHP and keeps track of all the transportation data involved in the shipment.
- Foreign Trade (SD-FTT) handles the details related to foreign trade transactions, including both exports and imports.
- Billing (SD-BIL) manages billing data, including the amounts of the transactions and methods of payment.
- Sales Support (SD-CAS) handles the data generated in the interactions between customers and sales teams.
The following Key knowledge areas in the area of SAP PS have to be covered:
- Create Templates/WBS
- Create Project
- Project Planning Project / cost estimation (e.g. easy cost planning)
- Budgeting and Release
- Project Implementation
- Project Completion
- Building PS report via report painter or builder
- Integration into other modules FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PM
- Manage master data structures, transactional data, implemented functions and components, user roles and authorization and applicable interfaces
- Document future business requirements and defining suitable application solutions in alignment with EO's organizational goals and industry best practices
- Design SAP non-standard developments and applications e.g. interfaces and additional finance processes related to the construction industry.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders in defining functional requirements and providing functional solutions
- Undertake preparation of master data and extraction of transactional data from various systems, define user roles and authorizations, develop report layouts and create end user documentation and training curriculum.
Self-Management Responsibilities :
- Agree on the performance goals at the beginning of the year in discussion with the reporting manage.
- Take personal initiative and strive to achieve high levels of proficiency on all the tasks to be performed as a part of the role.

Educational Qualifications :
- B.Sc.- Information Technology or equivalent, or higher
- Very good knowledge of financial management processes, controlling management processes as well as project system and investment management processes
- SAP Certification in SAP FI/CO is very desirable
- SAP Certification in SAP PS is a plus
Years of Experience:
- Minimum 9 - 10 years of experience in developing SAP Finance and Controlling applications and implementations
- Minimum 3 -5 full cycle implementations in SAP FI/CO
Technical Competencies :
- Very Good Experience and Working knowledge of configuration for specific processes in SAP FI/CO and SAP SD
- Good Experience in ABAP table content in regards to the SAP FI/CO
- General awareness of process and application integration options.
- Advanced adherence to formal testing techniques/methodology, consistently delivering quality work product/deliverables
- Adherence to formal Change Management Policy
