We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Beauty Consultant to deliver a premium in-store experience while driving sales and building lasting customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or luxury retail and a consultative approach to selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized product consultations based on customers’ needs and preferences.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
- Demonstrate solid product knowledge and effectively communicate product benefits and usage.
- Support cross-selling and upselling to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, visual presentation, merchandising, and store hygiene.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, billing, and day-to-day store operations.
- Maintain customer records and support clienteling and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.
- Support and guide junior Beauty Consultants on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service.
- Participate in product training, store activities, promotions, and recent launches.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3–6 years in Beauty, Skincare, Cosmetics, Luxury, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Premium Retail.
- Strong sales orientation with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of customer service and consultative selling.
- Well-groomed with a professional and confident personality.
- Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment.
- Prior experience in premium/luxury beauty or skincare retail will be preferred.
