Role Overview

We are seeking experienced ETL Testing professionals with strong expertise in validating Data Warehouse and ETL solutions. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in ETL testing, database validation, data quality assurance, and end-to-end testing of data integration workflows.

Mandatory Skills

- Robust experience in ETL Testing
- Hands-on experience in Data Warehouse Testing
- Expertise in SQL Queries and Database Validation
- Experience in validating ETL mappings, transformations, and data migration processes
- Knowledge of ETL tools such as Informatica, DataStage, Talend, SSIS, Ab Initio, or similar
- Experience in Data Reconciliation, Data Quality, and Source-to-Target Validation
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business and ETL requirements to create comprehensive test strategies and test cases.
- Perform source-to-target data validation and data reconciliation testing.
- Validate ETL mappings, transformations, and business rules.
- Execute data warehouse, ETL, integration, and regression testing.




- Identify data anomalies, defects, and performance bottlenecks.
- Develop and execute complex SQL queries for data validation.
- Collaborate with development, business, and data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Track defects and ensure timely resolution.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Cloud Data Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an added advantage.
- Exposure to Big Data testing ecosystems such as Hadoop, Spark, Snowflake, or Databricks.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools like JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Eligibility Criteria

- 5-13 years of overall IT experience
- Strong ETL & Data Warehouse Testing expertise
- Hands-on SQL and Data Validation skills mandatory
- Any Notice Period can apply
- Willingness to attend the Face-to-Face Interview Drive in Bangalore on 1st Aug (Saturday)
