Responsibilities and Deliverables

1. Content Shooting & Production

Responsibilities

- Conduct shoots with the Founder for personal branding on multiple

platforms.

- Ensure professional-quality lighting, framing, composition, and audio.

- Capture weekly lifestyle and BTS footage (if possible) for personal

branding.

- Set up all equipment and manage camera operations during shoots.

- Maintain a consistent shooting style aligned with brand guidelines.

- Contribute to basic script structuring and shot sequencing.

Deliverables

- High-quality footage as per the calendar plan

- Well produced vertical videos weekly

- Weekly dump content (photos & short clips)

2. Editing & Post-Production

Responsibilities

- Edit reels with strong pacing, clean subtitles, legal-friendly

formatting, and sharp hooks.

- Produce polished weekly deliverables with zero compromise on

quality.

- Maintain a structured archive of all media assets in shared drives.

Deliverables

Numbers may vary based on the monthly content plan.

3. Content Implementation & Brand Consistency

Responsibilities

- Execute the weekly content calendar accurately and on schedule.

- Maintain brand consistency across fonts, subtitles, colors, pacing,

and transitions.

- Understand and implement content strategies shared by the Content

Lead.

- Suggest visual improvements proactively.

- Deliver error-free, final-ready content that requires minimal revision.

Deliverables

- Brand-consistent video and carousel assets

- Zero-deviation formatting across all content

- Visually coherent content that enhances brand recall

4. Communication & Workflow Management

Responsibilities

- Coordinate directly with the Founder (Delhi) for shoot timings and





logistics.

- Provide daily progress updates to the Content Lead (Bangalore).

- Share weekly reports on content status, pending items, and shoot

summary.

- Document processes such as file-naming standards, editing

templates, subtitle styles, etc.

- Ensure reliability in communication, timelines, and deliverables.

- Weekly content status tracker

- Shoot calendar + availability alignment

- Fully documented and systemised workflow

Business Impact Responsibilities

- Improve content quality, pacing, watch-time, and retention basis

page performance.

- Enable smoother content execution

- Increase brand visibility through consistent, high-quality outputs.

- Support the brand’s broader growth strategy by ensuring content

readiness on time, every time.

Technical Skills

- Handling of professional camera provided by the company .

- Proficiency in professional video editing softwares such as - Adobe

Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro/ Davinci Resolve.

- Proficiency in After Effects for motion graphics.

- Strong knowledge of lighting, sound, and on-ground shooting

mechanics.

- Ability to edit engaging, vertical short-form + long-form(YT) videos.

- Proficiency in visual storytelling.

- Understanding of Instagram & YT content formats, retention drivers,

and best practices.

Requirements

- 3-4 years of demonstrated experience in shooting + editing

short-form + long-form (YT) video content.

- Strong portfolio showcasing reels, talking-head videos, and

storytelling edits.

- Experience managing content calendars and deadlines.

- Prior experience creating content for founders, influencers, brands,

or consulting companies (preferred)

- Clean, professional edits delivered consistently

- All weekly deliverables completed on schedule
