Production Manager
Experience Required
✔ 10+ years in Specialty Chemical / Polymer Manufacturing
✔ Minimum 5 years in a Production/Manufacturing leadership role
✔ Hands-on experience with exothermic reaction processes and specialty chemical manufacturing
Leading production operations and manufacturing excellence initiatives
Safe execution of exothermic chemical reactions
Technology transfer from R&D; to commercial production




Production planning and capacity enhancement
ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001 Management Systems
Process Safety Management (HAZOP, MOC, CAPA)
Sustainability, Carbon Zero / Net Zero initiatives and energy optimization
Building and developing high-performing production teams
