Role Description The Senior Travel Consultant will manage end-to-end travel arrangements for clients, including itinerary planning, ticketing, hotel bookings, and ground transportation. This full-time, in office role in Pune District involves advising clients on destinations, travel options, pricing, and regulations, as well as handling complex and high-value bookings. The role includes responding to inquiries, preparing travel proposals, confirming reservations, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant policies. The Senior Travel Consultant will resolve booking issues, coordinate changes or cancellations, and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors. The consultant will also support junior team members,



contribute to process improvements, and help meet sales and service targets.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Travel Agency or Tour Operator

Strong knowledge of Domestic & International destinations

Experience handling FIT & GIT packages

- Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to advise clients and handle complex itineraries.
- Proficiency in managing Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including flights, hotels, and ground transport.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain client satisfaction.
- Experience with global distribution systems (GDS) or booking platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) and online travel tools.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations, travel regulations, visas, and documentation requirements.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune District, manage multiple bookings simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience as a Travel Consultant, preferably in a senior or lead role; a diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
