Shri Mahavir Ferro Alloys Pvt. Ltd. (SMFAL) is looking for an experienced Deputy Manager – Beneficiation Operations to lead beneficiation plant operations, drive production efficiency, and ensure safe, uninterrupted plant performance.

The position is with Envirocare Infrasolution Private Limited, a subsidiary of Shri Mahavir Ferro Alloys Private Limited.

While Shri Mahavir Ferro Alloys Private Limited is the parent/group company, all recruitment, employment, payroll, and related HR processes for this role will be managed by Envirocare Infrasolution Private Limited.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead shift operations to achieve production and quality targets.
- Monitor and optimize beneficiation process parameters for maximum efficiency.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Laboratory, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.




- Manage manpower planning, contractor deployment, and operational resources.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, IMS, and 5S standards while maintaining zero safety incidents.
- Analyze operational performance and implement continuous process improvements.

Candidate Profile

- Diploma/B.Tech in Metallurgical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- 8–12 years of experience in Iron Ore Beneficiation/Steel Plant Operations, with experience in supervisory or managerial roles.
- Solid knowledge of beneficiation processes, production planning, safety systems, and team management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
