Job Description:

Plant Head (Domestic & International) – Unjha, Gujarat

Location: Unjha, Gujarat
CTC: Up to ₹1.5 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)
Industry: Spices & Pulses Processing & Export

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end plant operations including production, processing, packing, and dispatch.
- Manage production planning as per export schedules and ensure timely deliveries.
- Oversee Bühler, Satake, and Meyer AI Color Sorting machinery operations and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, HACCP, FSSAI, and export quality standards.
- Drive productivity, cost control, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage production, maintenance, quality, warehouse, and dispatch teams.
- Monitor inventory, reduce wastage, and ensure workplace safety and statutory compliance.





Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in FMCG, food processing, spices, pulses, grains, rice, or agro-processing industries.
- Minimum 5 years in a Plant Head, Factory Manager, or Production Head role.
- Experience handling export-oriented operations and quality compliance, preferably for the US market.
- Solid leadership, production planning, maintenance, RCA, lean manufacturing, and cost-control skills.

Preferred: Gujarat-based candidates willing to relocate to Unjha.
