The ideal candidate should have established relationships with key client stakeholders and POCs, with hands-on experience working with clients such as TCS, Tech Mahindra (TechM), Virtusa, Wipr

Develop and maintain solid connections with client POCs, hiring managers, and decision-maker
Generate new business opportunities within assigned account
Coordinate with recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements within agreed timeline
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely delivery and quality servic




Negotiate commercial terms and manage contract discussions when require
Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and achieve revenue target
Prepare account reports, business forecasts, and pipeline updates for managemen

nce3–8+ years of experience as an Account Manager in the US Staffing indust
Mandatory experience handling SI clients such as Tech Mahindra (TechM), Virtusa, Wi p ro, OR
TCSStrong network of client POCs and hiring manage
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skil
Strong understanding of the US staffing lifecycle and client management process
