Role Overview

The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying target companies, researching decision-makers, validating contact information, and delivering high-quality sales leads to the business development team. This role requires strong research skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with professional research tools and platforms. You will work closely with the business development and sales teams to support strategic outreach campaigns and client acquisition initiatives. Key Responsibilities Market & Company Research

- Identify and research companies aligned with the organization's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Analyze company size, industry, and technology environment
- Track hiring trends and workforce expansion indicators

Decision-Maker Identification Research and identify relevant decision-makers, such as:
- CTO / CIO
- VP Engineering
- Director of IT
- Engineering Managers
- Head of Data / Security
- Talent Acquisition leadership

Contact Verification
- Validate contact details, including email, phone numbers, and job titles
- Confirm employment status and department information
- Conduct phone verification through company switchboards when required





CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system (Ceipal)
- Document company insights, contact information, and research notes
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness

Opportunity Monitoring
- Monitor procurement portals and industry sources for potential IT staffing opportunities
- Flag relevant RFPs and client opportunities for the sales and proposal teams

Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with business development managers and sales leadership
- Provide regular updates on research activities and lead generation progress

Tools & Platforms You Will Use
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- ZoomInfo / Apollo
- CRM platforms (Ceipal or similar)
- Email validation tools
- Industry and procurement portals
