Job Description

As a Team Lead – Metal and Infra you will be responsible to lead a team of twelve to fifteen Engineers and Sr. Engineers working in Metal and Infra Industry having expertise in several processes and VFD applications. This role reports to Engineering Manager and is part of Global Engineering & Business Services group in India, catering to Domestic and International projects.



It's a hybrid work environment with 30% - 40% site travel. Person in this role will be in Pune with reporting team members distributed in Pune and Noida.
Your Responsibilities:
· Lead a team of 12nos. - 15nos. Project Engineers working for Heavy Industries (Metal and Infra)
· Lead & drives functional excellence in engineering solution, provide knowledge- base, services and technical understanding for the Metal and Infra industry, as per the industry standards and its regulatory requirements
· Manage all aspects of project life cycle from pre-sale proposal support, engineering and site support if required
· Deliver & execute the assigned projects on time with valuable quality/ cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction
· Supports best practice sharing and knowledge transfer among teams to improve competency of the team
