- Handling a Team of BDM's and Senior BDM's.
- To establish a relationship with Bank Team and selling life Insurance product of our Company.
- Conduct Product training for Equitas Bank Branches
- Managing cross-functional relationships with Sales, Operations and Customer Service to ensure timely delivery of business requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidates with robust current performance, preferably having earned at least one promotion in their current organization and possessing solid open-market experience across multiple competitors.
- Good Communication Skill
- Age should be less than 42
