Common accountabilities:
- Proficient in technical knowledge to ensure team performs at a high level. Is recognized as a leader in own area and may formally train Specialists/Senior Specialists.
- Understands how main business drivers may impact on own area. Can assess complex problems with broad impact on the activity, improve processes, recommend solutions and risk mitigation plans. Able to communicate complex information.
- Works with a high level of autonomy, based on management directions. Leads projects or contributes to broad cross-functional projects. May contribute to planning of resources and budget.

Specific accountabilities:

Understand, identify and define customer needs
* Transform the high-level vision of the Product Manager into detailed requirements, working closely with a range of stakeholders for the product, including non-customer stakeholders such as finance, security, operations, support, audit, and others.
* Consolidate and articulate business needs into new product concepts or upgrades,



and interact with Epic owners and Product Managers to develop features affecting the team backlog.
* As cross functional managers, POs need to be able to see how and where systems and processes that affect product success can be improved. Are Marketing/Sales working efficiently WRT the product plans/goals; are Services/Support in synch etc. The flow from concept to development to market should be as frictionless as possible. Product Owner plays a key role in making this happen.

Contribute to the product vision and roadmap
* Define and continuously develop the product vision & the business value in line with the business owners, product managers, Secure ART Product Management, other Product Owners & agile teams
* Communicate and evangelize customers & teams on product vision and roadmap, share product knowledge and ensure mutual understanding of the business
