You will collaborate with global stakeholders to enhance supplier quality, delivery performance, and long-term value creation while ensuring alignment with business objectives and safety standards.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Promote and reinforce a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with applicable safety standards and practices. Lead supplier management initiatives to positively influence business goals related to quality, delivery, and cost performance. Drive supplier transfer and transition programs through structured planning, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. Review supplier proposals, assess manufacturing feasibility,



and partner with engineering teams to resolve technical gaps. Participate in regular performance reviews to support planning, inventory control, and quality teams in resolving supplier-related issues. Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes for recurring supplier delivery and quality concerns. Monitor key supplier performance metrics such as delivery performance and defect rates, and take proactive actions to improve outcomes. Initiate and lead development programs for key suppliers requiring performance improvement. Partner with quality teams and global stakeholders to manage escalations and ensure sustained supplier improvement. Analyze demand forecasts and collaborate with suppliers and operations teams to maintain supply continuity and capacity alignment.
