Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience to join our Production and Quality departments as Trainees. The role offers hands-on exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and quality systems in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Production:
- Assist in manufacturing operations as per SOPs and batch manufacturing records (BMR).
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials, equipment, and production processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
- Support in documentation and record-keeping related to production activities.
- Follow Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times.
Quality:
- Assist in quality control and quality assurance activities.
- Perform sampling, testing, and documentation as per standard procedures.
- Support in maintaining quality records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards.
- Participate in audits and inspections as required.
