Job Description
As an Airport Ground Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of airport operations. Your primary focus will be on assisting passengers and managing various tasks related to flights and airport services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Passenger Assistance: Welcome passengers at the airport, offer help with check-in, and answer inquiries about flights and services.
- Baggage Handling: Manage the loading and unloading of luggage on and off aircraft. Ensure bags are handled with care to avoid damage.
- Check-in Services: Assist passengers at the check-in counters, process their tickets, and handle baggage tags.
- Ticketing Support: Help passengers with ticket bookings, changes, and cancellations, ensuring they understand the process.
- Safety and Security Checks: Conduct routine checks to ensure compliance with safety regulations, including monitoring luggage and passenger compliance.
- Coordination with Crew:



Communicate essential information about flight schedules and special passenger needs to the airline crew and other relevant staff.
