Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HSE Specialist / Safety Manager with strong expertise in Precast Concrete Manufacturing and EPC Projects .

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor HSE policies across precast plants and EPC construction sites.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.
- Manage heavy lifting, rigging, work-at-height, excavation, and confined space safety.
- Lead subcontractor safety compliance and promote a zero-harm safety culture.

Requirements
Requirements:
- 14-22 years of HSE experience.
- Mandatory experience in both Precast Concrete Factory and EPC Projects .
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or Occupational Health & Safety.
- NEBOSH, OSHA, or IOSH certification preferred.
- Solid knowledge of heavy lifting, construction safety,



and HSE compliance.

Requirements
Supervise daily precast production activities in the casting yard. Plan and allocate manpower, moulds, and equipment for daily production targets. Ensure proper reinforcement fixing, shuttering, embedment placement, concreting, vibration, and finishing. Monitor concrete pouring, curing, demoulding, lifting, and stacking activities. Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections and quality approvals. Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and production schedules. Monitor material consumption and reduce wastage. Coordinate with Planning, QA/QC, Stores, and Dispatch teams. Maintain production reports, DPRs, and progress records. Ensure compliance with safety standards and housekeeping.
