We are looking for an R&D; Associate Engineer on a Fixed Term Contract for 12 Months to support the ANZ Packaging team by leading the digitisation of technical specifications into our new 3D Experience system and delivering packaging development projects that enable PepsiCo's growth agenda.
Responsibilities
- Lead digitisation of packaging specifications into 3Dx, ensuring accurate and complete data.
- Develop and maintain packaging specifications for assigned product ranges.
- Manage packaging projects from concept through to implementation.
- Lead factory trials and ensure clear documentation and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Commercialisation, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
- Promote health, safety, and continuous improvement across all activities.

Qualifications
- 4+ years’ experience in R&D; Packaging or FMCG R&D; environments.




- Experience with SAP based specification management systems (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Design, Industrial Design or a related field.
- Strong technical, analytical, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail with strong planning and prioritisation skills.
