Now we are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can help us build a reliable growth engine from the ground up.

The Role
We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition, campaign strategy, creative testing, landing page conversion, retargeting, analytics, and lead generation.

If you are a growth marketer who can build campaigns from scratch,



justify ad budgets with numbers, move fast, take bold bets, and create systems that generate qualified leads, booked demos, pipeline, and revenue — this role is for you.

This is not a social media posting role.

This is a paid ads, campaigns, funnel, and growth ownership role.

You will work directly with the founders and collaborate with designers, video editors, and sales teams to turn customer problems, product features, founder ideas, and market insights into campaigns that convert.

We do not want someone who only gives ideas. We want someone who can strategize, launch, measure, improve, and scale.

The Core Mission
Your primary job is to generate qualified pipeline through paid acquisition.

In simple terms:
Own Meta and Google Ads end to end to create a predictable, improving flow of qualified demos for StepsAI at a CAC that makes sense.
