Job Title: Planning Lead - Elevated Structure/Roads/High Speed Rail/Bridge/Marine

Experience: 15-20 years in Infrastructure Projects, with minimum 5 years in Elevated Structure/Roads/High Speed Rail/Bridge/Marine project at similar responsibility of Project planning & monitoring head

BE/B Tech - CIVIL

Technical skills - Primavera P6, MS Project.

Schedule Management – Develop, maintain and updating of the Project Plan, schedule with resource mapping using Primavera P6 and MS Project. With all the Stakeholders such as Construction Managers, all Section Heads and arrive at optimum cycle time, resource planning & delivery schedule in line with budget &project; timeline





Monitoring & Controlling – Setting daily/weekly /monthly targets for all activities & support segments and Monitoring /Oversee critical project activity planning, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies to ensure timely project delivery, Monitoring daily/weekly/monthly progress of works.

Reporting – Oversee of DPR/WPR/MPR and other related MIS reports, Provide regular updates and reports to the management

Coordination - Ensure seamless coordination with Sub-contractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project deliverables, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with project.
