Job Description: A Coal Washery Shift Incharge is responsible for overseeing all operations during a specific shift, including managing plant personnel, monitoring the coal washing process, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety and environmental compliance. Key duties involve supervising staff, troubleshooting operational issues, coordinating with maintenance, and generating detailed shift reports. Key responsibilities

- Shift Operations Management: Oversee the entire coal washing process from start to finish during the shift, including coal reception, crushing, screening, and loading.
- Personnel Management: Supervise, train, and coordinate the activities of plant operators and other shift staff. Assign duties and provide guidance to ensure production goals are met.
- Quality Control: Ensure the washed coal meets required quality standards and address any quality issues that arise.




- Safety and Environmental Compliance: Enforce all safety protocols and ensure the plant operates in compliance with environmental regulations.
- Equipment Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance teams for routine and emergency tasks.
- Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational problems and conflicts quickly and efficiently.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of shift activities, production data, and any issues that occurred.
- Process Optimization: Continuously look for ways to improve the efficiency and performance of the washery.
