We are having an urgent opening for the position of Cutting In charge for a reputed company in Manufacturing (Safety Products) Industry at Kolkata Location.

Job Description:

The Company is looking for a Cutting In charge to oversee the cutting operations within the Footwear Production Department. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the footwear cutting department and be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Control on Cutting Department: Supervise the daily operations of the cutting department, ensuring smooth workflow and coordination with other departments.
- Follow Production Plan: Ensure adherence to the production plan to achieve maximum output, meeting daily targets and timelines.
- Control on Rejections: Monitor and reduce rejections,



ensuring that cut components meet the required quality standards before passing them to fabricators.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an organized inventory of cut components and manage the issuance of components to fabricators, maintaining a target of 12,000 pairs per day.
- Maintenance of Cutting Dies: Ensure the cutting dies are well-maintained and available for production, minimizing downtime and ensuring efficient operations.

Candidates Profile:

- Educational Qualification: Graduate with experience in the Footwear Cutting Department.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in managing or working within a cutting department in the footwear industry.
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage inventories and production schedules effectively.
