## *Position Overview*
The Store Keeper (HVAC) will be responsible for managing the inventory, storage, and issuance of HVAC materials and equipment. The role requires accurate record-keeping, coordination with site and procurement teams, and ensuring proper storage and availability of materials as per project requirements.

## *Key Responsibilities*
* Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of HVAC materials, tools, and equipment
* Maintain accurate inventory records, stock registers, and material movement logs
* Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans
* Ensure proper labeling, handling, and safe storage of HVAC components
* Coordinate with project, site, and purchase teams for material requirements
* Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests when required
* Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies




* Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards within the store
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area

## *Required Skills & Competencies*
* Basic knowledge of HVAC materials, equipment, and components
* Proficiency in inventory management and documentation
* Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
* Positive coordination and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage store operations efficiently

## *Preferred Candidate Profile*
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in HVAC, MEP, or construction industry
* Graduate in any discipline
* Familiar with basic computer applications (MS Excel, inventory software preferred)
* Well-organized, disciplined, and responsible
