- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other accounting reports.
- Account Management: Oversee account reconciliations, journal entries, and fixed asset management.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting principles (like GAAP), internal controls, and tax regulations.
- Analysis & Planning: Conduct financial analysis, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and provide insights for strategic financial decisions.
- Audits: Support internal and external audits, acting as a point of contact for auditors.
- Process Improvement: Develop and document accounting processes to enhance internal controls and efficiency.
- Mentorship: Train, mentor,



and supervise junior accounting staff, ensuring their work is accurate and complete.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
- Experience: Hands-on experience with accounting software and a proven track record in accounting roles.
