Job Description:

- Notice Period-Immediate
- Work from Office
- Working hours – 1 PM to 11 PM IST(24*7 support for P1)
- Exp must have in ECC & SAP AMS Back ground.
- Single Point-of-Contact for SAP AMS (ECC) delivery for FQE accounts and responsible for customer experience, service delivery , operations excellence, delivery excellence and business growth for the portfolio

Roles and Responsibilities:-

· Own delivery and operations for AMS, Execution, and completion of deliverables

· Proactive monitoring, reporting, and taking the necessary action to meeting SLAS & KPls

· Accountable of AMS operations

· Managing Risks and Issues

· First point of escalation for FQE

· Follow up with BIRLASOFT Functional/Technical Leads to ensure timely completion of

· Incidents, Problems, Changes and Minor Enhancements

· Monitor proper utilization of resources and provide updates to FQE IT on availability.

· Identify process improvements based on the inputs from the AMS team and discuss with FQE





· Weekly/ Monthly/Qtr status reporting

· Responsible for engagements governance and SAP cross-module

· Manage budgets and govern all programs/projects astutely, ensure that projects are achieving milestones and take timely recourse where required.

· Collaborate with client leadership on technology roadmap and business plans, influence IT spend /project decisions and align and re-calibrate account strategy

· Co-lead account mining activities, collaborate and drive SLs to support business growth

· Set quality control standards for support project delivery and operations and maintain compliance to contractual commitments, SLA’s agreements (ways of working) and security controls for the portfolio engagements

Review account/project KPIs with client.
