We are looking for a energetic and result-driven Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our jewellery business growth. The ideal candidate will handle both domestic and international sales, manage a team, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement sales and marketing strategies
- Generate leads and convert B2B opportunities
- Build and manage client relationships (retailers, wholesalers, exporters)
- Lead exhibitions, branding campaigns, and digital promotions
- Collaborate with design and production teams for custom orders
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
