- Salary range: $105,000 to $110,000 per yr, plus superannuation
- Roster: 8 weeks on / 2 weeks off, Accommodation amenities cost: $20 per week
- Isolation leave and annual leave will accrue as per the employment agreement and will generally be paid during the 2-week off period, unless otherwise advised.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Health Services Manager, you will provide professional social work services that support individuals,



children and families to achieve positive and sustainable change.
Working within a multidisciplinary primary health care team, you will deliver culturally appropriate mental health, alcohol and other drug (AOD), child and family wellbeing, and community development services while promoting the mission and values of PHHS.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Deliver high-quality social work, mental health and Social & Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) services.
- Provide assessments, case management, counselling and therapeutic interventions.
- Support clients experiencing alcohol and other drug (AOD) issues using trauma-informed, culturally safe and evidence-based approaches.
- Build solid relationships with Aboriginal families, Elders, community members and partner organisations.
- Facilitate community workshops, education sessions and group programs.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case conferencing and coordinated care planning.
