The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching English language skills, especially speaking, and be adept at delivering engaging and interactive lessons.Key Responsibilities:Conduct individual or group Spoken English classes, focusing on enhancing the communication skills of students.Prepare and deliver lessons on grammar, pronunciation, accent training, conversational skills, and vocabulary.Develop engaging instructional materials and exercises to improve students' spoken English proficiency.Monitor and assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.Create a positive, supportive, and interactive learning setting.Organize and participate in English language workshops, seminars, or cultural exchange activities.Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, assessments,



and performance.Collaborate with other faculty members to improve teaching methodologies and materials.Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in English language teaching.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field (Masters degree preferred).Strong command of spoken and written English.Previous teaching experience in Spoken English or related fields is preferred.Familiarity with modern teaching techniques and digital tools.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching.Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
