We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Human Resource Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team in Durgapur, India. This full-time role focuses on managing HR functions to ensure a smooth workplace environment and effective employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Recruitment**: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews to find suitable candidates.

- **Onboarding**: Assist in the onboarding process for current hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and knowledge to integrate successfully into the company culture.

- **Employee Relations**: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.

- **Performance Management**: Support the performance evaluation process by coordinating reviews and assisting managers in providing constructive feedback to employees.

- **Training and Development**: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
